We offer may different styles of yoga from slow flow hatha to faster vinyasa flow to cardio-type Hustle & Flow and Hustle & HIIT classes.
Our classes are offered in various temperatures from normal heat to hot heated yoga generated by infrared heaters to relax your muscles and cause you to sweat!
Hustle & Flow incorporates hand weights (dumbbells), high-intensity cardio activities and yoga postures for a maximum calorie-burning impact and challenging core workout.
H&F classes are cardio-focused yoga designed to get blood pumping throughout your body using high-intensity exercises and dumbbells while targeting core muscle engagement and balance.
Instructors utilize dumbbells together with traditional Vinyasa and Hatha postures to provide yogis with an unparalleled full-body cardio workout.
Vinyasa yoga is often faster paced than Hatha and the asanas (postures) are linked in a series of movements synchronized with your breath. Emphasis is placed on the breath and the transition in and out of the asanas.
Continual movements from one pose to another gives an added cardiovascular benefit, which more traditional forms of yoga do not provide. Vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress.
Vinyasa is good for yogis of all ability levels.
Our 60-Minute Hot Flow, consists of a series of 26 poses and focus on improving balance, strength and flexibility. This is a vigorous practice that will open, strengthen, and detoxify the entire body. Our studio is heated to 90-95° Fahrenheit.
The 60-Minute class flows through the same postures as the traditional 90-Minute, but moves at a quicker flow and has less rest.
Must have full-length towel and water and must come to class very well hydrated.
Hatha is a slower moving yoga than Vinyasa and arises from a deep understanding of the mechanics of the body, and uses postures (asanas) to enable the system to sustain higher levels of energy.
Hatha is designed to balance the polarities—the sun and moon energy, the light and the dark—within the self. This balance is achieved by pairing physical postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama).
Hatha yoga is great for beginners and yogis of all ages and experience levels.
High Intensity Interval Training. This class is a combination of HIIT and yoga to give you a full body workout combining high intensity exercise with yoga.
This class is performed in a heated room which is heated in excess of 90 degrees. You will get an absolutely challenging full-body workout which will push your cardio, core and mental toughness. An amazing class for yogis looking for a little extra-something when it comes to up-tempo yoga exercises.
