Founder, Co-Owner and Instructor
Pantra’s teaching style is intuitive and nourishes the hidden strengths of her students while challenging them to reach beyond their perceived limitations. You will leave her classes feeling enlivened and renewed.
Drawing upon various styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Hustle & Flow yoga, her classes are an energetic expression of yoga that emphasize alignment-based movement led by the breath but that also challenge the cardiovascular system and full body.
Pantra encourages her students to play with their edge, while providing a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment where each individual can achieve their full potential.
Pantra is a 500-hour certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour & 300-hour certifications through CorePower). She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), providing private adolescent and family therapy.
Pantra is available for private small-group sessions.
Pam has been a yoga sculpt certified instructor since August 2013. To say that teaching and taking sculpt is my passion is a total understatement! She loves all things that incorporate meaningful movement, sculpt being one of them!
Pam feels strongly about connecting the mind and body to feed the soul for what it needs daily, through movement. When you attend one of Pam's classes you can expect to be present, find your internal motivation, utilize the energy of the studio and let that carry you from beat to beat to get an effective (yes sweaty!), balanced work out.
Pam has developed her own high-intensity yoga classes with the Hustle & HIIT and the Introduction to Hustle & HIIT: Developmental Series formats. She is available for small-group private yoga.
Pam can’t wait to see you at UHF on your mat!

From a young age, Gaby always had a strong desire to foster the connection between mind and body. After stepping out of her first yoga class back in 2010, she never looked back. Gaby fell in love with the way yoga allowed her to create unique experiences within herself and how it helped her create a community of people who had a passion for the same thing.
In 2015, Gaby completed her yoga instructor certification, which allowed her to deepen her practice and, more importantly, share her passion for yoga with others. Gaby continues to expand her knowledge in yoga by learning from other instructors and trying different styles of yoga.
Aside from her time in the studio, Gaby teaches digital art to middle schoolers, and loves hiking and collecting/ listening to records with her partner.
In Gaby’s yoga classes, you can expect to feel energized and strong!
Sue always liked the physical aspect of yoga, but truly connected with the practice during her pregnancies. A simple Stress Relief Yoga DVD helped her feel grounded and centered, and a little more at home in her body. It gave Sue the confidence to try yoga at the gym, and then at a studio. She found herself feeling curious to learn more; so in 2017, she enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training. It was life changing. It was eye-opening, therapeutic, and healing. She realized that her path was to share yoga with others.
Sue completed 200-Hour Training in 2018 with Julia Lopez at Practice Everywhere. She loved being a student and felt drawn to trainings in the fitness and wellness sphere. She completed her Yin/Restorative training in 2018 with Practice Everywhere, Children's Yoga Essentials training in 2018 with Good Seeds Yoga, 85-Hour Prenatal/Postnatal training in 2019 with Bloom Yoga, and in 2019 became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
In Sue's classes, she creates a welcoming space for students to breathe, move, explore, and find their own unique path on their mat. She thinks self-care is so important, and when we can take time for ourselves, we then bring out the best version of ourselves. She believes yoga is for everyone, and feels inspired to guide students to have the practice meet themselves exactly where they are.
Alaina is available for off-site Yoga. She is also available for private sessions and private small-group yoga.
